Paul Thallner is an ICF-certified executive coach with a passion for leadership development and organizational change. He loves helping leaders tap into their strengths to accelerate their careers and achieve lasting results. With a Master’s in Positive Organizational Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management, Paul is also the author of Reinventing Resilience: How Organizations Move Beyond Setbacks to Grow Through Change.

He’s worked with senior executives from companies like PepsiCo, MetLife, Macy’s, and more. Paul has designed executive coaching programs for leadership initiatives, including the Presidio Institute’s cross-sector fellowship.

Paul has held leadership roles at the Teleos Leadership Institute, Daggerwing Group, and Great Place to Work, where he led transformational projects and delivered multimillion-dollar results. He also gives back through pro-bono coaching for alumni leaders at Gettysburg College, his alma mater.
